How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

How do I enable or disable push notifications?

Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Faith Sync to manage notification preferences. You can also manage notification settings within the app.

How do I join a different church?

Currently, users are associated with one church. To change your church, please contact support and we'll assist you with the transition.

I can't find my church in the app. What should I do?

Your church administrator needs to set up Faith Sync for your church. Please ask your church leadership to contact us to get started.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at contact@faith-sync.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.

I'm a church administrator. How do I get started?

Visit our signup page to create your church account. Once set up, you'll have access to the admin dashboard to manage your community, events, and announcements. Check out our documentation for detailed guides.

How do I set up online donations?

As a church administrator, go to Giving > Donation Configuration in the admin dashboard. Click "Connect with Stripe" to set up secure payment processing. See our Donations Guide for step-by-step instructions.
